Extentos is small enough that your message reaches the person who wrote the code. Whether you're stuck on an integration, think you've found a bug, or want to talk about what we're building — write below and you'll hear back from a human.

What to expect
- A reply within a day or two. Usually faster. There's no ticket queue and no support bot — just one inbox.
- A real answer, not a deflection. If something's broken we'll tell you it's broken, and if it's on the roadmap we'll tell you where.
- Security reports get priority. Pick Bug report and say "security" in the first line — we acknowledge disclosures within 7 days. Details on the security page.
Faster than waiting on us
If you're mid-integration, these usually answer the question before we can.
Troubleshooting →Connection failures, capture errors, voice triggers that don't fire, killed background sessions.FAQ →What the SDK can and can't do on today's hardware, and why.Documentation →Guides, SDK reference, and the MCP tool surface.Status →Whether the backend, gateway, or simulator is having a bad day.
Prefer your own mail client? Write to hello@extentos.com — it reaches the same inbox. For press or partnerships, mention it in the subject line. If you'd rather pitch a guest post, use write for us instead.
