Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Extentos, the SDKs, MCP server, simulator, and managed AI gateway. Plain-language, early-stage, Danish and EU law.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

Extentos (based in Denmark) provides a development platform for building smart-glasses features into apps, including the SDKs, MCP server, simulator, and an optional managed AI gateway. By using Extentos, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Using Extentos

Most of Extentos is free. Some features need a free account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. The managed AI gateway is the one paid part. It is billed at the AI provider's list price with no Extentos markup, on prepaid credits, as described on our pricing page.

What you cannot do

Do not use Extentos for anything illegal or harmful, do not try to reverse-engineer or resell the SDK, and do not abuse or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your work is yours

You own the apps and code you build with Extentos. Extentos and its SDKs stay ours, and you get a license to use them to build your apps, not to copy or resell them. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

No guarantees

Extentos is early software provided "as is." We cannot promise it is bug-free, that it works on every device, or that AI output is correct, so please check anything important before relying on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Extentos is not liable for damages arising from your use of it. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep your mandatory legal rights.

Changes

Extentos is evolving, so we may change or discontinue features and update these terms. We will post updates here.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country. Questions about these terms: hello@extentos.com.
